HEADLINE: HAPPY SPOOPY NEW YEAR!
This year was rife with events. Each month seemed to bring another bought of fear, another face to mark as enemy, and another tale of hope. Yet, we pass through these events, one after another, standing tall and proud.
So, this is the New Year, and many people are thinking of change. One thing to remember is that the reality of the New Year is that if there is no change. Then, what truly is it?
It is a new point. A point that we all can easily see marked on the calendar.
There is that place you can touch and say, 'there.' The change is in your heart. It is a new place for you. The enemies will still come, greatly desiring our city, but it us who had decided to choose. So while we may fight the same enemies, or the new ones who had been looming, it is us that had something change.
Perhaps we decided to smile more. Perhaps we decided to relax more, maybe it is that we decided to finally lose weight or stop smoking or drinking.
Those changes... they make us stronger, don't they? We can run longer, breath easier, and maybe feel a bit more confidence. There... the accomplishment. That gives us strength. Be strong, Convergence!
Let this year, 2025, be your, 'There!'
